It is also important to note Judges tend to stick together on these matters. They do not like telling each other that you have made a mistake. It would be a tough call for them to make a decision without the calling of witnesses etc to hand them back to JT.
IMO they will allow this to proceed and then look to applying damages down the track when further investigation and evidence is produced and ANZ are found to be wrong.
Gentlemen at CQT be aware to keep the info flowing as if it comes to light you are withholding it for reasons not in SH interest, this won't be the only legal action you deal with.
It will be interesting to see what this little annoucement does for the SP on Monday. Hopefully it will be seen as positive as it may allow a further blocking stake against GF.
