    Dont own NWE but was looking at it as a possible buy on bad news play if Cobra disappoints next week

    Theoretically NWE sp is supported by the value of its ORRI in Puffin based on Puffin having a gross value of $1billion, as per the terms of the Sinopec deal

    Will the Sinopec come under scrutiny of the FIRB ?

    Seems unlikely to me given Puffin was dead in the water without it.

    Might scare the market a little until the deal approval is confirmed.
