Also it doesnt take alot of putting together to see where Brendan is going with this. Ie 10 % extra placement plus existing 15%. In my opinion he's fishing for a big JV partner, who will supply offtake finance or a friendly take over.
Apparently there's lots of outside interest as being the 5th largest colbolt resource would make it a real target as most of the others are all tied up.
Low capex in a mining friendly country outside the DRC just adds licing on the cake.
I will be very interested to see the final figures in the SS especially the start up size and capex.
I think the final share total will be around 1.2 to 1.5 fully diluted but maybe we wont see it mined under our name.
