I don't agree with you that this case will be drawn out, remember MMX and its legal representivies have stated on a number of occassions that they wanted it proceed asap. Additionally, the case is not trying to create any legal precedent and the traceability of much of CHM's evidence is short and sweet ie two CHM cheques paid into the accounts of the lease vendors (two simple bank transactions, money out of CHM account, money into the accounts of Hinch and Zeedam for a total of about $156K) The traceability of the CHM placement shares and the funds gained through their sale is a little more complex but the trail isn't that long.

I doubt any party has justification in delaying the case getting to court and with all the evidence having to be laid out prior to its day in court, legal arguements won't block up the court to long.
