I did not miss your point of EGM resolution 2. I am not a "special resolutions" expert but I simply STILL do not agree with your point/ conclusion. It is that simple.

Even AFTER resolution 2 was submitted, MS said he would have a special resolution for Fortitude shares at the AGM. So something has changed. It is probably nothing but I think it is still a fair question.

I have no intention of treating you as dumb, but I can't help it if you do not accept my answers as truthful.
