I would suggest this is merely hype Mistofa. I know many mortgage brokers and some of them the biggest writers for their respective franchises in Australia........all of whom have seen a downturn in the last month or so with March being a stinker. Brokers often talk like that to create a stir and hopefully generate some "churn" business.
No disrespect intended here, thats just the way I see it.
