Glyco, their website seems out of date as it mentions Textron, and has 2006 at the bottom.
Also, I am thinking that all of the other appearances of Intevia on Google are due to Textron Fastening almost commercializing Intevia (i.e got to almost the same stage as TZ today), but had the plug pulled at the last minute by TFS inc due to financial problems (Hence the appearance of 'Intevia' in search engines).
Am I off the mark?
Any of the old time/big time holders care to comment?
