Supervised Investments had said the PHES could be worth up to $ 50 m. Think you will find they have reduced there holding which fell below 5 % hence the change of substantial holding announcement. They have not sold out. Rebalancing imo .Supervised will still be high up in the 20 biggest shareholders list.
