hi guys just discovered this new stock as I was doing abit of research, looks ok to me, fair valuation, good divvy, but for the life of me I cant find exactly which petrol stations it owns, I would like to know if they own any stations near where I live, so I could top up there instead of somewhere else.
Another thing, do VRR actually own the petrol station or do they just collect the rent from the station?
if petrol prices go up, and the margins go up, is that good for VRR and shareholders?
and if people pay $5 for a packet of chips in store, does that flow through to VRR shareholders or dosent it actually matter?
