great point you make i ask myself the same questions all the times, but to my amazement the charts just keeping happening and the factors cause the movements to the measured levels.
A good example is probably the SPI
The all time low on it is 458 as many know, its pretty scary when the market turns at 5039 ( 11 x 458 + 1pt). The turn also conincided with the 5 year anniversary of the March Low 2008.
The top was 6880 ( 15 x 458 + 10 pts )
I dont know but maybe watch the SPI for a 5955 price on 5th May ?????????????
