What's the affect of ANZ making confidential deals with ASX directors for the remaining unsecured creditors?
Does it:
1. Open the floodgates for the rest of the unsecured creditors to get their shares back, or
2. Mean that ANZ will need to be pursued on a case by case basis, or
3. Simply reduce the unsecrued pool so we get even less return?
