The big problem NXE faces is raising the funds need to build the pilot plant. It is not going to be able to be done via the market so it will take a cornerstone investor coming in to fund it. Given the ground NXE has I think it might be worth a buy given any cornerstone investor will solve the management history problems. The concern then becomes are the cornerstone investors going to be worse than the current board - it could be a case of out of the frying pan and into the fire.
It is tempting to buy back in at 7.5c.
