Moly good article.. would be even better if it occured with the Commonwealth of Australia's jurisdiction... But it didnt' so won't really be relevant for any proceeds within OZ.
In reality ANZ aren't stooopid, they know exactly the 4 1 1 is. They don't have a room full of 1st year law students advising them on their actions. I'll put the farm on ANZ walking away from this with only their reputation damaged... and nothing else.
