    I don't think it would be too hard to be hostile about it, you could cash out a few major holders (effectively saving them) then vote on a market price for T/O. for a T/O it would have to be hostile as its not worth 17 million (MC at 5c) and ANW holders are done handing out free shares.

    So that leaves a JV or contract engagement i guess.
