Milesg, I agree mate. Unless you find something very "unique" I would not be jumping in either mate. I am just pointing out it isn't quite the doom and gloom some are saying it is.
BTW if rents continue to rise and in WA they will for a while then the "good" old days of finding properties in depressed areas that are self funding might come back. Now in that case it could be well worth it.
