I reckon you are onto something with those posts.
This is definately something to let OCV know about...namely Chris Scott. Seems to fix a lot of situations and I think the PIF needs to be taken out of OCV's hands as the only plan they have is freeze it for 360 days and keep everyone in the dark.
Maybe a government department if pressured could also help here.
