The public would feel confident in gov or similar involvement and the management fees of PIF could go to support the national "treasures" of Aquariums and tree walks.
Surely the govt has more synegies to care for these.
This should help LLV and Gersh could look at LLV as they have property interests to develop.
So simple when you are like me and cant even start to comprehend the figures BUT some things just belong together.
