Looks like a "safe bet" under 26.
Housing crash ??.. LOL....it happened before and banks have been there before and gone through the same cycle before and they are still here now and in the future and this will not be the last housing crash either.
Those buying at 35 or 36 are in trouble but that is the price of being a passive investor and never sell.
The same can be said paying CBA at 96 or RIO at 151.....
There is always risk taking a trade but paying WBC at 26 is better that at 35 anytime.
