as an investor it always concerns me if there are large register movements going on , especially in the less liquid small/midcap sector . With an overhang of supply plus the escrow release even positive announcements will struggle to get the equity to rally (especially with the current market conditions) . And you correct the A2m and TRS would be even more of a concern
