    Not delving into it too far:

    $1000 is the amount subsidised by the government. If solagran charged $2,500 per course that's only $1500 per course that ruskies are out of pocket. Each course goes for three months so that would be $500 per month or $115 per week. I'm sure they can afford this, especially considering some may have private health insurance, an amount of savings for their life or an above average wage. Remember, it's not only the below average wage earners that have live disease in russia. Liver disease is so prevalent that we won't be shopping for the homeless to find candidates. Besides, I think the nearest drug sells for $18,000 per course and it has toxic side effects.

    So I don't think it's fair to assume a low socioeconomic status of ropren candidates.

    Solagran has at least two kickers for us - They already multiplied their production by two, and ropren will be at least $2000 in my opinion.
