Yes I have, multiple times in Royal North shore, Ryde, Westmead and Nepean, whilst there is noise and hussle and bussle it is just a significant amount less than what I have observed in US documentaries about ER's in the US. I didn't observe medical staff yelling at one another for instance.     

Probably lack of gun shot wounds here, (although i was in Westmead when a gunshot came through, but very quick and professional, then off to surgery) 

I stand by my comments, I believe AU (maybe GB and German as well who knows ) are different in their approach to the US.
