Does anyone know how they are going re retrofitting and renewing the electrical side of the plant. As I see this as something that could be more time consuming to get running than all the physical construction elements.People need to have patience if indeed there are delays- it is the norm with most projects. Big picture means that any delays will mean nothing in the scheme of things.
