The product is not available until 2022, and further details would have to be negotiated, writes the responsible Vontobel analyst. With a price of 2000 to 3000 francs per ton, a sales potential of up to 450 million per year can be calculated. This corresponds to around 3 percent of Group sales.

However, according to DKSH's strategy, there are no investments associated with the contract except an increase in the number of staff involved.​

What did we learn?
- No production until 2022 which means construction on the refinery needs to start next year. Is that realistic given we have seen nothing of EIS for the refinery site?
- DKSH just see themselves as a marketing arm e.g. extra people
- No cash in (skin in the game) to help the Mt Peake project...

Can someone please advise if this matches recent TNG announcements and BRRs?

Fair to say things have shifted from what we all originally thought was the way forward for TNG with Ti. While that is a normal experience in business it could have been better communicated to the market. For example DKSH could open new markets for TNG at a higher sale price for Ti variants. Cleverly TNG retain 40% of production to sell at higher margins once in production...

Yet to hear anything to clarify the Vimson deal...
