    I just translated @Videoman's find.

You've hit the nail on the head there. Why do we have to guess how it's all going to pan out? Why is communication out of TNG, so poor?

We weren't told about the Ti deal collapsing (although with no news on it other than it "being with the lawyers" for 12+ months it was obvious).

There's no revised plan made public, for if and how the Ti additional bolt on is going to work, or if it will indeed be added.

We've not heard anything concerning progress with our supposed Tier 1 group of aligned companies. Are they all still on board the project?

Are those previous offtakes signed 5 or 6 (?) years ago, still even valid?

What's the latest with SMS and their component of the financing deal?

Why hasn't the refinery EIS been submitted yet, or has it been (I don't believe so)? We've seen how long it takes to get the mining licence. Is it going to be fasttracked seeing the Govt gave us use of the land? I can't see that happening.

Finance is supposedly in the bag, or that's the impression PB is trying to portray. Really? It's that easy to raise $700m (revised guess after the latest improvements, I don't recall being told any updated figures so I'm having to guess) in this economic climate? And then a similar amount for stage 2 in a few years?

Tivan is being looked over by our NZ multi-billionaire friends as a way to extract all 3 metals from their monster project in W.A.. What's going on with that? How long would it take to crunch the numbers? It should be a no-brainer.

I am seriously starting to wonder if this is deliberately being mismanaged, so that when an offer of $300m for the company and Tivan patent comes in, SH will be so worn down by the whole experience, they'll gladly cash out at 30c.

Is that a big whinge, or are they valid questions from a shareholder who's backed the company for the last 5 years, and been kept mostly in the dark for the last couple?

Still, in isolation, the Ti offtake MOU is a positive step. They aren't the only fish in the Ti sea, and there's nothing signed as yet. I'd still be casting multiple lines if I was in PB's boat.
