One technique employed in debating is the use of the False Premise. A False Premise is used to argue an unwinnable position by basing an argument on falsehoods ie lies.  Saying that the Hadrian couldn’t be utilised in the Perth metro area because no machinery can be used 24 hours / day is a False Premise.

Of course the Hadrian is not required to work 72 hours to complete a house. Even if an investor were completely illiterate, there is a nice animated video that clearly shows the operators going home each day and returning in the morning to recommence work.

The Hadrian will build a house in three working days as opposed to a fortnight of bricklayers constructing the same house . Only it will build the house irrespective of weather . It will also greatly reduce a builders exposure to workplace injury legalities and holdups associated with peripheral material needs such as scaffolding and sand / cement requirements.

As I said before , downrampers really need to remain subtle so as not to reveal their intentions .

Less trades and an upward or static trend is exactly the position a holder would wish to see whilst waiting for imminent news. It shows that other holders are remaining confident and not selling. It also shows that  there are very few leaks in the company.
