Small holder (x2). Will be voting no.
EV needs SFI. There is no plan B for them.
You can argue that SFI needs EV too... yes, in the short term.
But an EV without SFI faces Nearmap and, in the medium term, SFI.
As a SFI holder I'd take the bet that without an acquisition by EV we may take some dilution in the short term (and heck I'd be happy to invest more into SFI at 5c).
Agree with previous posts about the current board & management. This reminds me of what happened at Nearmap in its 2008-2011 period. The key difference being there's no "independent" large shareholders this time around.
