territory in quandary

As the below ASX announcement stated they did not get their 90% but I doubt they will pull out it would mean selling at a lower price. Be interesting to see price action on OLY OLYO OLYOB today and in the months ahead. I feel TTY will turn this puppy around initially sp will tank and make good buying opportunities for long term holders.
I only hold the ops now.

"Territory gives notice pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.3 that:
(a) as at 5.00 pm (WST) on 26 April 2008, Territory and its associate Territory Mineral
Sands Pty Ltd have a relevant interest in 100,572,910 Olympia shares representing
voting power in Olympia of 64.76%; and
(b) as Territory and its associates have acquired a relevant interest in less than 90% of
the ordinary shares on issue in Olympia, compulsory acquisition will not be
proceeding.
