There is clearly a lot of media hype currently surrounding the demand from our chinese friends in local shops and the fact that this is hurting local families. I get that this would be mightily frustrating and have even seen people stating they are going to raise a petition for a formula licence to be given from the government (That will never happen).
Now one of the solutions touted is to order from the company directly. Looking at the website there is nothing there at all to indicate you can do this nor is there any online ordering platform. Wonder why the company do not make it more obvious on the website that tins can be ordered directly? Too much hard work you think for a couple of tins here or there from mums?
Make it slightly more expensive to cover costs plus you are keeping the margin that retail takes as well. I am no expert in these things and certain engagement have gone through this but thought I would slap it up here to see what others thought.
