Do the sums

367.779 shares

179.563 are listed. (ie PB owns half of them and they don’t trade)

Of those 162.64m are float. (others held perhaps in staff options and PB shares)

Market cap of $595.8m based on 367m shares @ $1.63.

But, the ASX is concerned with liquidty and free float amounts.

So I think we’d need about a $4.50 share price to get there.

The Market cap will be $1.65b but free float cap is more like $730m.
