I agree with Sirsenor, I'm going to sell out. Nine directors fighting over chairs, only two or three technical staff to do the work. GOG cash has gone in to supporting DLS shares!! not much left after fees etc
Two crap teams make one bigger crap company. Strategy ok, but won't work without the right people, and I don't see any decent track record in either management.

Watch out when this falls over, both cos in for more short term pain
