its either put in a bottom or going to the  ma... as its flatlining on oversold (green line at 0) there is a chance it has bottomed depends on the pros how determined they are technically

the chart is looking like a morning star but the day is not over yet to call it

there is no manipulation yada yada the pros took it to the top target then they took it to the bottom one (pink line which is the 50 day ma)
thats how the market generally works - on technicals

it is very oversold as of all of today though to now
