Well ASX has not lifted the suspension apparently. Perhaps they cannot allow trading now that they are aware that we have lost tenements at Terres yet the market has not yet been informed. Burying it in the finacial statement without explanation can hardly be considered informing the market, perhaps this is why.
Filing reports on time is a duty of directors, as are their Obligations of Continuous Disclosure. When did the leases expire?
