It seems highly unusual to still be suspended at the end of the day when the QAR was posted 24 minutes after the market opened. Could this mean that the ASX is examining MTC in detail? After all of the complaints from shareholders, and talk of organising meetings amongst us etc, it would not be a surprise to find out that official complaints have been, and likely continue to be, made to the ASX about the conduct of this BoD and the level of disclosure it provides the market and shareholders.
Disclosure is not just polite, not just a good idea, but it is required by ASX rules. It would not surprise in the slightest to see action on these matters in the future.
This was avoidable.
Hope we don't get hit with legal bills.
