At present China are dominant here agreed. But if you google Angela Merkels proposed European battery strategy in the near future (supported by billions of euros) she sees Chinas grip as the biggest restraint on the european ev revolution and she fully intends to break those shackles. The european possibility is gaining momentum over here big style.
