Is this still valid.
The New Shares will be issued at a 15% discount to the 5 day VWAP trading price at the time of issue of the New Shares (ie. the VWAP for the 5 trading days up to and including 1 November 2018)

VWAP to today would be around 10.5c … 85% is near enough 9c.
Is that what others think?
