Hey @Home8891 it wouldn't surprise me whatsoever, though we also saw that photo of BYD with the Galaxy team so what's going on there?

I'm still stuck on the mindset of what happens when those that don't win the JP Morgan silent auction?

Placing that into perspective, for a few million dollars not being invested in the upstream leaves them in the potential position of not being able to achieve the sales goals they might have downstream.

A long time ago we spoke about the idea of what occurs for companies that end up with only being able to offer in the showroom a vehicle that is still only powered by oil because they were simply unable to achieve supply.

Even Joe Lowry points to a limit of penetration way less than deamnd expwctations based on the supply available from shovel ready projects.

To miss out might potentially be disastrous and leave some companies be it entirely down stream in the automiauto manufacturing field to more closer to home in cathodes and battery production again unable to meet their own demand requirements and their customers going elsewhere.

The negotion to ensure the downstream is fed would be incredibly stressful and leave those that have the job of ensuring the supply is available either reaping the rewards of keeping their company in step with the movement of the renewables future, or out of step and a big black mark on their resume for not achieving what their customer required.

Certainly we can debate this a number of ways but going through it all it ends up with an outstanding result for not only us but all stocks tied to the battery sector.

Would hate to be the one receiving the call or sees the announcement that say for instance that Galaxy didn't accept their offer and went with someone else.

That's the times up that hangs over the head and by a very tiny thread that makes the JP Morgan discussions an entirely different beast to that of $400 million Aussie dollars sitting in escrow waiting for the final sign off by both Catamarca and Salta when it comes to Sal De Vida.

@clivemax make sure you drop a tiny present from me in that vessel.
