btw have to checked out the rem report which is backwards looking - so that's one opportunity you have still to register disapproval. Maybe that will feel more empowering than just venting.
Have you read through the issue of performance rights and thus the implications? Did you check the basis on which those rights would be converted. That's another opportunity if you don't think that will produce the result you want.
Every year we get the chance to vote. That so many did last year and in 2016 altered the course of this business. We don't yet know where that will land us but I am prepared to wait.
Whether you take the opportunities you have, or not, is another matter of choice.
