I wonder why they would be commenting so negatively?
A great result team, after all if you are building the largest Vanadium mine in the world to process 1000 years worth of V then it will cost money. 3-6 years payback at what I am sure are conservative price assumptions is a great outcome. Now this is out of the way we can move onto JV tie-up and supply agreements with forward thinking battery/steel customers.
