The price looks like a good buy for GMV , the revenue , historically looks at about US$4.25m per calendar year , no indication of margin or net return.
The parent company Digirad has endured a difficult 12 months and had dwindling COH to only US$1.1M as of 31st March 2018 and dividend commitments. The company flagged intentions of selling assets to improve balance sheet in the short term.
Looks like the need to sell has been an opportunity for GMV , which they grabbed.
