Any way maybe a lesson can be learned from KRC. Going by the amount of SP appreciation to 18c, which I think at one stage gave it a market cap 3 times that of TNG, it looks like it got plenty of spruiking, now trading at 3.5c.

Even if we had been spruiked to brokers and reached loftier SP levels I think we'd still be at or near the price we are now. And the company would have a lot more new angry shareholders on board. So maybe the SP would be even lower than it is today?
The expected milestones, which relied on the actions of parties outside of TNG's control, didn't materialise as hoped. Shareholders wanted dates so they were given them, then when the desired milestone didn't happen they got punished for their "lies" So they stopped announcing dates for expected milestones and got punished for their "deceit". And by the looks of it inundated with angry emails from shareholders.

If the capex is going to be largely debt funded, and from this announcement it's starting to look like it could be, then we won't be having to raise vast sums via equity anyway.

All in my opinion but maybe getting Vimson on board has satisfied a debt requirement?

Sorry noodly,but the debt component will not exceed circa 70% period. Take that to the bank. the questions that remain are who will stump up the 70% (or less) and very importantly will the equity component be raised at project level(JV,partial sale,etc)the preferred option by far,or,will the equity be raised at the company level(serious issuance of TNG shares),or a combo of the 2 and if so in what ratio.
