I'm going to make some speculation here, I think people in the know are doing all they can to clear the St Andrews acquisition, everything happened so far point to that direction. Being such a sensitive matter, APRA is keeping tight lip and probably won't give verdict until dust is all settled over the RC. If regulators don't clear, I believe they will run down their books via cash dividends, Forager will no doubt apply pressure on them to do this, there is no other better way to unlock shareholder value.
