$25 is good price to buy in, IMO
in a bit over two years, you would get $5 as dividends, which is 5 times dividends.
it doesn't matter much you buy in at $23.5, and then get $4 dividends, (17% profit)
or you buy in at $25, and you get $5 dividends. (20% profit)
