Altech has alone 14% of the opex as transport costs to Malaysia. FYI only transports 24500t from the Mine in Cadoux to Perth of which 8000t of HPA should be produced. The higher labour costs in Australia has not so much influence due to the reason that the FYI plant is not as labour intensive as ATC. Higher quality kaolin needs less purification to achieve the necessary 99,99% Purity. I think the tremendous increase for ATC in the capex is caused by an internal study for the PFS and I am also of the optinion that the SMS group will have a big benefit for the garantee of 4500t in good quality.
