The previous offer which was $6.70 was rejected and backed by major holders, you sure an offer of circa $5.35 will be recommended by the board?

Unless it near or over $6 I will vote no... and I have a feeling other major holders will do so as well.

If there's urgency for you to sell out you can do so when it opens again, there is no one stopping you. There will regardless be a nice bump up in share price when the offer is made.
