Guys, the purpose of this "discussion" was to try and put a value on what magnetite is really worth.
NOT comparing it to hemitite.
OF COURSE HEMITITE IS PREFFERED...OF COURSE
BUT that doesnt mean or make magnetite worthless.
It is still a VERY valuable commodity - albeit one LESS VALUEABLE (not 'less'; not 'unvaluable') then hemitite.
So i ask, what is 500mt of magnetite in WA Mount Gibson worth? As an exploration target firstly, and then as a JORC complient resource secondly?
$0.25 per tonne? $0.50 per tonne? $1 per tonne?
Lets stay away from the hemitite comparisions, cause we ALL obviously share the share position on that matter
