ASX and ASIC have investigated Ross Smiths claims already, Really?, what over the last few days? and have also dismissed them? yeah right.
Firstly it takes weeks to get ASIC to do anything let alone investigate serious claims a couple of days and there is no way Ross Smith would leave those claims in the public forum if the ASX and ASIC had already dismissed them.
And what case are you talking about? if there was a case or dispute that was ongoing into these allegations how was this trading until 01/11/18?
Its very concerning the way Brett referred to share holders and HC posters on those messages and including the messages to influence and calm posters on HC.
It shows a culture of disrespect and arrogance towards SH.
At least we can establish the FB posts are not the work of hackers as someone previously mentioned.
It will be an interesting week.
