Mmm I think you are well and truly wrong. Sprouke and Harper had left the company BEORE the Como report was commissioned nevertheless written. The incumbents asked for the report and the subsequently surpressed it. It is now in the hands of a large majority of shareholders who either will be able to read and understand it themselves (unlike any of the kin board!) or get someone to interpret it. The report CLEARLY shows that any “significant” cost overrun was not going to be in the order of $ value to justify what the bard has done. it actually exonerates Sproule and Harper.

Sproule wrote clearly wrote the email to say “stop defaming me when the report actually shows I am right”. The board hid behind the report and misdisclosed to the market it’s contents. It’s now been made public and I for one wil now look at my legal opinions against the incumbents. How anyone can read this report and then defend the course of actions they took I do not know.
