But smarty that's exactly what your guys did in the last vote when company funds appeared to be used to ring even the smallest shareholders in the final days to vote -- spruiking how much the two directors "deserved" to be awarded a company loan to convert options.
Ask yourself, is that what swung the vote their way ... ask yourself also, is that not a good reason on its own to say 'enough' and signal that no more bonuses should be issued until the company is cash flow positive?
