We won't know who for at least 3 business days, by which time it's going to be too late unfortunately. It's difficult to pick what this could be so I wouldn't want to speculate.

All we can say with certainty is that someone bought and someone else sold 0.5% of CER through two trades this morning. So in the next few days, one of them will be ecstatic and the other very depressed.
