You also said they wouldn't be around in January which was a ridiculous down ramping statement. The worst that will happen is they have to issue another 50m shares at 15c or borrow another $5m USD to get them through the next quarter.
Granted if that happens we will definitely see Think Millions 15 cps but they will not have to get the administrators in.
It's definitely a punt right now on whether they can actually produce and sell 20k tonnes between now and christmas. I wouldn't blame anyone for not being 100% sure that they can do it given the BOD's performance over the last 6 months...I'm definititely not confident.
If they do and they don't need to raise money they will be in the 30's IMO DYOR
